The only X-ray equipment we sometimes use is for weld inspection, and we do not buy that from spammers.

I'm very interested. I've always wanted one as it would save me lots of visits to the hospital.

With my limited knowledge on scammers , I believe that they want you to send them money first via the Western Union as an initial payment and then they promise to ship you your share of - gold / undeclared $40,000,000 / diamonds / X-Ray machines / etc.

Still waiting for my $40,000,000 less 10%. I sent all my details. Bit of a co-incidence my bank account was zero a few day's later. Didn't want to complain to Shirley as she deserved a bit of retail therapy.
