No reported cases of this silly flu virus in a 50 mile radius of us but the local Tesco store has sold out of toilet roll and hand sanitiser as people have panic bought .
World gone mental .

I was around someone coughing last night, but it turned out to just be a hairball on the carpet for me to clean up.

I had toilet paper on my last shopping list but I didn't want to be accused of panic buying so I didn't get any. Felt guilty about my one bag of pasta. Luckily I hadn't heard about people stockpiling pasta before I was taken to the shop. I wouldn't have bought any of that either if I'd known.
My Mum took me to the supermarket again this morning. Rammed full of people with the biggest trollies, piled with groceries. I couldn't face it as I'm not very good with noise and people moving yet. I bought a bag of oranges and a pint of milk and gave up. Stupid of me really. I never know when I am going to be able to shop again.
I have an appointment with the brain surgeons from Kings next Tuesday. Being done by 'phone so I don't have to visit the hospital and catch germs. Secretly very pleased
