Sorry to say, but Chris / Ratbike died early this morning, having lost his fight with cancer.

I last saw him before Christmas, and didn’t think he had long left.

Happy to report that he was still tinkering with bikes until the end.

Ride In Peace you mad bastard. I’m going to miss you.

I shall miss him, too. He told me he was ready to go a while back, but I feel so sad for Rachel and the rest of his family.

If it’s dry, and above 5°, I’ll go on the bike.

Bikers welcome, but it will be a normal funeral.

Accrington crem at 11:40. Pub after near Chris and Rach’s house.
For those that want to join the procession, an hour before at the house.

Rog & Nina are going.
I think satnav Steve is
Probably oldish git too.
(And me)

I don't think I can make it. I'm still a bit wobbly and off balance and I'm supposed to be back at King's for an appointment with the Neuro surgery department at about the same time as the funeral
This makes me very sad. I would love to go and offer Rachel some support. I would put the crying smiley thing in but Ican't see which one it is. That's frustrating.

Don’t worry Bee.

We’ll figure out a way to get her to the super sausage 🙂
