Lakes

Spent Sunday at the Lakes.
Remembered how to get to Eskdale Green, but popped past, up to Wastwater.
Then back down to Hardknott Pass.
Nearly did it without stopping, but we had to give way to some cars coming up hill. Next time...

Sat in the middle of Wyndnose (?) Pass and just chilled.
Bliss.

(Ambleside and area were horrific)

Got a bit lost after that. Tried to call on Ratbike / Chris but he had gone out 20 minutes before I got there

That must have been a decent run. Was it a one day thing or did you stay over night somewhere?????.
Love the traffic free roads, my idea of heaven.
Great pics.
I must do Hardknott again this year.
Hard to think i can be in the south lakes withing the hour, but how often does one bother, shame on me.

Just went for the day. Boring run up the M6. Stop for fuel (me and the bike), then a lovely ride around
