The owner had just paid £80,000 for the Monch.4 Never heard of em.
AND, any one know what the smaller bike is???

Never seen a Monch before and couldn't believe it was worth 80K ,so had to do a bit of research . Apparantly (according to Wikipedia , so it must be true ! ) the Monch 4 and Mammoth are the same bike .
Prices are between 70 + 120K for a mint 1969 model . Don't think I'll be buying one anytime soon .

I wish i had paid more attention to the guy telling me about the bikes. he had just bought both bikes from an auction. I went all funny when he said he paid £80k for the Munch thing. Then proceeded to tell me about the smaller bike. It has history and is famous for something but what i cannot remember. By the way the guy is mega minted.......hate him.

Looks like a fire hazard if you ran off track onto dry grass, but on the other hand it could help to dry a wet track.
