It has spurts where it's busy ish then goes very quiet. Thing is there are very few members. Shame really as it is a great forum. Hope you persist.

I do pop in every so often..... Can't believe Bob and myself bought a MH at virtually the same time ! ..... I had to re plan the front garden to get the thing in and it's been a bit of a chore to be fair.... I can only manage a few hours at a time but It's nearly there now, can't post any pics but I'll have a play later.

Great minds think alike (or is it fools seldom differ)
I don't have space at home what with all the other stuff. I have got good secure parking in a compound shed.
Secure gates to get on site, secure gates into compound and secure barn doors. It's about 8 mile away but no bother.
£400 a year. (actually 13 months for 1st time).

We can get 2 cars and the Swift on the drive now but the Tranny stays at work and our Sons car stays up the road a bit. No probs getting the bikes out now either. One of the reasons I went for this MH was that it was about 2 ft shorter in length than most, which meant it would fit in two different positions without blocking our car access. Been having a fiddle these last few days, fitting storage options and getting things like Condiments, crockery, Larder Basics and Battery Charging Solar panels...... still waiting to add the Independent Solar system but It's all ready to go now. Can't wait to get away.

Pretty much the last piece to add to the Swift, will be here shortly........ A Gurt Big Solar Panel for the Aft section of the roof......... 26 Years ago when I had been with my delightful Sammy for only a few months, we bought our first home........ This bloody thing cost us the same but I'm hoping It will be more than worth it.

I don't understand the things but the man said it will keep the leisure batteries charged up...........when sunny or bright. Don't know what else it does.
That RV forum thing is very busy and loads of info.
