Glad you called it Arabian Sea, a lot of people still call it Persian Sea.
The change is a neocon thing. Will see if they really mess things up this time.

The Iranians are not going to attack anyone first (even though they lose hundreds per year to foreign backed terrorism), and as for wiping out Iran the US cannot do that without the use of strategic nuclear weapons - and for [redacted] reasons that is not going to happen unless someone is very stupid.

Ah, The Burj Al Arab. A building that they will never ever get their money back on.
Did i ever tell you i did the scaffolding to install the service lifts???
And that sticky out bit near the top to the right is a restaurant, i had my 50th birthday party in there (bloody hell it's nearly 20 years ago).
So what did you think of Dubai overall then???

Had a good time there. We even stayed an extra day!
Did the touristy stuff (watched the fountains from a boat, did a bus tour, river taxi to the souk...)
But, itβs a city. With loads of traffic and people... itβs not really for me.
Really like the way you are treated though. Paid for something on my card, and as he handed it back, he said βthank you Mrs Bramley, I hope you have a lovely timeβ - itβs not difficult, but no one in England does that

Shirl and i have said for years the place is now just too commercialised. Great place to visit for a short term but to live and work there now it's just like any major city in the world..........but cleaner......and newer......and hotter.........
Pleased you enjoyed it. Back to the real world

The joys of driving on British roads eh. In Europe it would have been cleared up in 3 n arf mins.
We just back from the airport picking son n wife up. We got stopped in a police rolling road block on the slip road going on to the M56. as luck would have it only stopped for about 10 mins.
Effing bobbings innit.
Now going out on the bike for an hour..............i'm all excited.
