It’s sad enough even though he had a good innings, but not to be with him is so difficult.

You have my sympathy, I can’t imagine how hard that must have been.

Thanks ninja, It was only difficult due to the crap contact..... We've put in a complaint to hopefully stop others from having the same experience.
