Ian my brother who escaped from Kiev 2 weeks into the war is going back to Kiev next Friday.
Fly Man-Warsaw (no planes landing in Kiev yet) then a 18 hour train journey to Kiev.
He has been with us for 3 months......how time flies.
His stepson has been keeping him abreast of things as he was not allowed to leave.

Ian is more concerned about his Datcha and desperate to get back to it.

I blame James May.......... He single handedly elevated the Dacia's to cult status a few years back on Top Gear....... They seem to be very common now ! Will he be fitting any armaments ?

I'm devastated for all of them.

My mum was born there. Not so long ago i was planning a trip there, to see where the hamlet is (near Lviv). I also wanted to see that railway line with the overgrown trees (can't think what it's called -lovers something)

I would have done chernobyl too.

There is nothing left in Donbas
I just hope enough western money is thrown at it to help the people.

Putin needs to face criminal charges for his war crimes but we know that will never happen . If media reports of his illnesses are correct then that's too good for him !
