Bloody Bastard Covid

Post by bobsnicholson »

I think i may have mentioned my oldest brother was in hospital with Leukemia. They seemed to have it under control with kemo and all that other stuff. Well he got the Covid in hospital about 3 weeks ago.
He past away 8.30pm today. They say kidney failure caused heart attack brought on by covid. We get more info tomorrow.
He was 75.

Oh Bob I’m so sorry.

It has such nasty effects on the organs of some people. He was fighting on too many fronts.
My deepest sympathy to you and his family.

Non of his family saw him for the last 2 weeks. They wouldn't let any body near that particular part of the hospital.

Bit of a bugger when one catches Covid in Hospital eh. But where else are you most likely to get it. Stay away.

i said at the beginning that Hospitals shouldn't take in Covid patients unless they were completely Isolated... Many early cases were due to mixing people...... got a lot of crap off some on a Facebook site and now here we are less than a year later with 60 thousand plus victims.
Ok, I confess.......

Thanks Bee. A truly shit year. They live in Oundle which i am told is in tier 3 so we are being advised we cannot even go to the funeral. Need confirmation on that as we are due to fly to Dubai on Christmas day...........then again that's only if UAE don't ban UK flights like lots of other country's are doing at the mo. So messed up. The frightening thing is it don't appear to be getting better. And people just don't get it eh, they just have to go out and shop.
