Any Bike

Post by bobsnicholson »

Got to thinking re buttons and gizmos on bikes.

I am looking for the bike currently on the market with the LEAST amount of tech. A horn button is the max.
Any suggestions.

Even a new Royal Enfield has started put "tech" on em.........arrrgh

It's the nearest you will get......!!!! The Royal Enfield gets a great write up in this months "Ride" but It really should have a Kick Start.

I nearly bought a guzzi as my first big bike.

Thankfully ended up with a CBR600 😉

I had a Guzzi powered trike for a while.

I still don't like to talk about it

Get a nice old ER5. Very reliable and even I know what the switches do. I have an optimate lead on mine, to power an electric air pump or my heated vest, but it's a lovely, basic bike. Lots of fun to ride even though it lacks the excitement of the Striple.
