Or in a house in the U S of A they are all made of 3x2 and plywood. Well ours was in Kissimee.

I often wondered why but saw a program once that mentioned Hurricanes, Tornados and the whole flying Debris issues.........

Simples innit - all their concrete blocks are being used to build a big wall from Atlantic coast to the Pacific coast . :devil:

Wood framing is traditional here, since there were lots of forests to cut down prior to a masonry industry being established. Wood framing is still less expensive than masonry (unlike Europe).
