Rudyard Lake - Ratbike

If anyone is free, I’m meeting Chris and Rach at Rudyard Lake (near Leek, staffs) on Saturday, late morning/ lunchtime

Yes might make it.

However, i was at Tittsworth Lake recently and decided i would go and have a look at Rudyard lake as we used to go there on the bikes in the 60s. Could i find the lake side, no. Lot's of lovely views from above but i could not find the road down to the lake.
if anyone has a clue how to get to where you are actually going to meet i will give it a go.

Just been told may have to go to Scotland on Friday, back Saturday night hopefully.

Not going to Scotland.
However, just got up and it's peeing down.
Unless it clears up there will be no bike for me today so wont get to Rudyard.

We got a bit of drizzle, but that was all.

I took the scenic route. Found a small brewery in the middle of nowhere .

Met them and their friends at Rudyard Hotel. Unknown to us, Oldish was at the café 200 yards away. We found him, and made him go on the little train

I should have made more of an effort. Apart from the garden i didn't move out of the House. Totally bone idle.
