Sat Nav

Post by bobsnicholson »

When i winterised the RT i took the Sat Nav off wrapped in up in a towel and put it somewhere safe. Can i find it, no. I have searched everywhere but in vain.
Looking like i am going to have to learn how to use Google maps on my little phone.

Haha.
The bong...........i have stopped wearing the helmet that is paired with the radio/sat nav. Mainly as i cannot work out how to use the radio properly. Stab a load of buttons many times and i occasionally get some music out of it. So i stopped trying to use it and the commentary on the sat nav also. It was the same on the Gold wing, never did get to use the radio on that either.

I like my sat nav talking to me, especially in slow traffic. No need to look down at all. I don't think I'd get on well with music. I'm easily distracted :D I did a 10 mile stretch with no turnings off it yesterday and that voice made me jump when it suddenly came to life to tell me where the next turn was

10 mile stretch, had to laff as it reminded me of a sat nav instruction in Aussy, "in 300 mts turn left and go straight for 765 Ks".

I so want to go back to Australia.🐫🐍 (can't find a kangaroo)
