Bakewell puddings ❤

But not from the Bakewell Pudding Shop

There must have been 6 "original" Bakewell Tart/Pudding shops we saw.

I always go to the Old Original Pudding Shop on the square.

Puddings come in a brown paper bag, not plastic.
You can see the grease from the pastry oooooze out


Hmmmmm might go to Bakewell on Saturday...

I think i saw 3 Old Origonal Pudding shops
One as you say the puddings/tarts are open, when bought they put them in a plastic bag.
Anyway, never had them before.
Had a small taste of both (sugar and diabetes dont mix). Nice but only ok, nowt special.
If we go again i'll get them from another Origonal shop to see if any different.

Didn't go to Bakewell.

Did do 95% of my Christmas shopping.
Just need to wrap it now.

Shirl and i have agreed NO presents this year for anyone and for any occasion.
We would just be buying for the sake of it. More stuff we don't want or need.
Our anniversary on the 10th of this month we went for a nice meal is all (we do that regularly anyway).
However, we have agreed that we will give the two boys their legal allowance IHT gift of ££££s and the two grandson's £££s into their accounts we set up on their births.

Wouldn't mind a new Goldwing mind....................but at £33,000 doubt very much i'll be getting one from either of my sons

Booze and a funny tshirt for the men
Easy girlie gift for the women
Lego/playmobile for the kids

I should clarify.
No gifts for me from madam and no gifts from madam to me (unless she wants to buy me a Wing)
As for gran(d?)kids, well you just have to don't ya.
