It's been a while.

Having gone MIA again from here , hope all is well with the regulars .
I won't bore you with all the details but in a nutshell ...........
Working away at the beginning of the year , followed by a holiday and on return I was sent on a training course , to come back to work to find I've been moved to a new position and a relatively new employee has taken my job . :tdn: (Obviously 21 years of loyalty means F all nowadays) .
On the plus side , I didn't realise "working to rule" could be so much fun - strict 8 till 5 , no more trips away , unavailable for overtime/weekends . Can now spend time scouring Indeed and posting on here .
Taking bets on , will I be sacked before I quit . :D :D

Anyway ...........
Bike gone in for new headstock bearings and MoT which I'll now have time to ride this year . :D
It wasn't my fault , I was left unsupervised !

That doesn't sound much fun, but we'll be very happy to see more of you on here

I really ought to work to rule. They'd then realise just what i do.

I can't wait to retire. (Just can't afford to yet)
If it ain't fun, don't do it
